Buzzy is guaranteed to be free from cosmetic defects for a month, and free of functional defects for one year when used normally.  (No underwater use, no steamrollers, that kind of thing). 

If Buzzy doesn't work for you or your child's needle pain management, return it in the original box within one month of purchase.  We'll refund the whole purchase price once we get it back (but you will need to pay for shipping it back to us, since we give free shipping). 

I also guarantee that I'm always trying to figure out how to make Buzzy work the best, and to communicate pain management ideas through research and this website.  For this reason, you don't HAVE to tell us why, but if Buzzy doesn't work for you please give us some details.  We get very very few returns and I like to learn what's happening when Buzzy doesn't work for someone.  So far it's almost always that an infant still feels something, or cries constantly no matter what you do.  Buzzy has data for children age 4 and up, but the data are averages: some people feel nothing at all, and some people still report pain.  For almost everyone tested so far, though, Buzzy helps, so let me know your experience if you're not satisfied!  - Dr. Amy Baxter
