For eczema, put the ice wings under Buzzy's elastic strap and rub over the areas where the itching is most intense.  Using Buzzy is a good way to avoid scratching eczema while waiting for medicines or moisturizers to kick in.

A good low cost moisturizer for eczema is solid Blue Crisco in the can.  It has minimal odor and is better than Vaseline, while being MUCH less expensive than other over the counter creams.  Buzzy is all about saving money.
